Make sure you measure and then re-measure for proper placement. You will need to design a block to compress to your work bench. Comes with everything you need. Works very well.

Great vice. I assembled it to the underside of my workbench yesterday. I attached a piece of 2x4 to the screw side to help hold pieces. Need to make a handle (right now using an old pool stick). Strong, easy to use, moves easily.

The item that I received was not as pictured or described. The vise pictured is symmetrical with the screw in the center.The one I received has the screw offset considerably to one side. Similar, but not the same. No mounting instructions or hardware included.

Everything works as it should and went together well. Kind of strange that they supply four bolts and nuts for mounting but it makes no sense as you would have to drill holes in your bench top. Also, what would it take for them to provide a paper hole template for the face plate.

I used this vise on a new woodworking bench build. It has smooth movement and seems to be built well. I had to build a custom handle.

overall it is as what it was described and meet requirement. The only thing needs to point out is there should be a clip at the end to lock the screws not going beyond.
