Excellent value we received two for the price of one at the local hardware storeEasy to install, read the instructions, stand there and take a look at it and you will see that the installation is very easy.Works fine, little effort is need to flush, feels solid.NOTE: The chain length might need to be adjusted so you should shut off the water valve (that feeds water to the toilet, its usually under the toilet on the wall, so that you can unhook and hook the chain which might take a few tries if you have never done it before, then when you are done, you can turned the water back on.The tank lid on most toilets is heavy, anyone can lift it but be aware that to might weigh a little bit more than expected, have a towel laid out on the sink or floor where you can place the lid, the underside is rough so it could scratch countertops or fancy flooring, the towel will prevent scratches.Don't drop it! It's heavy enough to hurt your foot and its porcelain so its brittle enough that if you drop it or bang to it cam shatter into pieces.Its actually easy enough to do it yourself without paying a professional to do it for you, just pay attention to what you are doing.

When I first looked at the lever, I wasn’t sure how to install it because the instructions were a bit vague. However, I figured it out and was amazed how fast and easy it was to replace the lever. Definitely saved a lot of money not calling a plumber!

I purchased a 'universal' toilet handle a few weeks ago made of plastic. No matter how I adjust it, every once in awhile, the flapper stays up and I'd pour money down the drain. It has run for hours. I think it has to do with the flimsy plastic rod. The metal rod does not have that problem. The flapper falls when its supposed to and I dont waste water/money. Worth it to have piece of mind that the toilet wont run for hours while I'm away.

The quality on these handles is decent, but the squared of plastic mount (that goes in from the outside of the toilet) needed to be filed down to make the handle fit correctly. This should be a standard opening size for US toilets, so the manufacturer needs to QA the specs on this better. Also, once installed, the bend angle on the metal arm is WAY too extreme and would not fit under a standard tank cover - so it needed to be bent and formed correctly to fit my toilet (which was just a basic, US toilet). Honestly, this is pretty normal stuff for most plumbing hardware, but someone who is not good with DIY jobs in their home might be annoyed/confused by these small variances.

The product itself is excellent quality. If I have any disappointment, it is with AMAZON who fulfilled the distribution on behalf of the Amazon Marketplace Member. AMAZON said that the flush lever would be delivered the next day which is not what happened. I love Amazon but this is not the first time that the delivery date has changed after the sale is made. I think that most people would understand that when a toilet is down that the delivery of the parts to fix it is urgent !!!

Zurn handles have been back ordered for months. Bought this and bent it a little to match the zurn shape. Worked great, quality is decent and it was cheaper than a zurn one
