I would not buy from some one that has no idea what a low pass filter does. This is inaccurate and back wards (description of a high pass filter),"A lowpass filter is an electronic circuit that removes all the notes below the filter's frequency setting."!! A low pass filter passes the low frequencies below the filter point!!
