I wanted to like this so much. It is a great idea and besides this video it did open a jar or 2. When it worked it worked great. BUT when it broke is was not cool...It does have problems, learning how to use seems complicated for some people. Other problems are how it's made and the fact that is does not have a dead switch or return to safe mode. Or a simple open button and start over feature.

The write up, as I read it was push the button and it will open the jar.In fact, You Must hold the button throughout the entire opening phase of the operation.As a re4sult you are prevented from doing anything else.IT DOES OPEN EVERYTHING I HAVE USED IT ON,
