Very nice, affordable, bike. (I checked prices at walmart for and this beat theirs by a lot.) The box was damaged, but the bike was well packed and received no damage. The quality is much nicer than I expected. The color is nicer in person. The name across the bike is 'BAMCBASE', Not Hiland, although Hiland is in the instruction book. It's fully adjustable in the seat and handle bar height. Assembly was easy enough. It rides smoothly, shifts alright, but a tough rough, so I'll have to adjust that... from YT videos I guess. Overall, I think it's a genuine value. With the 'coupon', I paid about $220 total. I would recommend it, and would buy it again.

The gear shift broke after first use. I thought it was my daughter who did it. I ordered and Replaced the gear and once installed it broke again. I want a refund this is NOT a bike it a waist of money. Now past return date because it take time to fix things. Terrible bike waist of money !!!

The bike is easy to assemble, and it supports a heavy person (I'm 350lbs), but there are a couple of drawbacks:1.) The seat is HORRIBLE, very narrow and hard as a rock. If you're already a fit individual who is a mountain bike rider you'll be fine. But if you're a new rider (like me) or if you are a heavy person this seat is THE WORST. I've had to order a wider seat at a cost of another $40.2.) The gear assembly is functional, but very outdated. I did some research after talking to a few other riders, and found most modern day 'quality' mountain bikes have around 7 speeds; thus the forward gear cluster is a single gear instead of the three gears on this bike. The older, 21 speed, gear assemblies have been prone to chain issues; so the manufacturer is using cheap/old gear assemblies to save money.

Easy, straightforward assembly. Decent quality and everything fits together nicely. The gears shift smoothly and it has a good, balanced feel. If you’re looking for a low priced bike that’s of good quality, this is the one.

Wasn't too difficult to assemble. Took some time. But looks good. Want to get a more aggressive set of tires. But other than that it's comfortable to ride.

We got for Christmas and it didn't get used much until we wanted to start using for the summer... well, the pedal snapped off. Chain constantly falls off. Gears don't change smoothly. Brakes are garbage.If I could return it I would.

In local shops, the same bike cost 4 times what I paid on Amazon. Used it all summer long, no problem whatsoever.

This bike has a few kinks when I first put it together, still has a noise in the pedal & the shifter doesn't like shifting
