I bought 3 different hitch steps for my new Suburban. This one is perfect. I'm 5'2" and it's the right height for stepping in the back of my car. The quality is solid and sturdy. The only thing I think the company needs to do is use a hitch lock instead of the cheap hitch pin it comes with. I did buy a hitch lock because I don't want this stolen. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend if you're needing a hitch step for a larger SUV.

They could not bend it back. Shocked at how easily it bent from a white plastic sign at edge of road when backing up at slow speed

I am using this on my wives lifted golf cart. this is much sturdier than the narrower on I purchased. The drop down and wide step makes it so she can easily access their clubs.

No I would not recommend this step. The design on picture looks great but lacks stiffness and torsional rigidity. Extremely dangerous as step on 4x4 sprinter with 25†ground clearance. Use thicker wall or larger dia steel tube and you have product worth selling. Even for 120 lbs female person this step felt sketchy.
