It includes batteries, a single sensor and one 1/4" quick-connect T-fitting. The SM-1 is an easy and convenient method of determining TDS levels for water filtration/purification systems such as reverse osmosis (RO), deionization (DI), distillation and more. It's very useful for coolers or under-the-sink systems.

This is the 2nd unit I've purchased. The first one had a bad screen from the start. Both units were not calibrated as stated in documentation provided.It is a cheap and easy TDS monitor. It will be fine once you calibrate it using fluid. Easily done with a small/fine Phillips screwdriver.

I had a 3D printer bowden tubing cutter and guess what? It's almost the same tubing! Makes clean 90 deg tubing cuts, so I just put the T on the faucet output line, jamming the tubing into the fitting firmly and presto, no leaks. The velcro patches just peel and stick onto the wall. Good batteries already in it. Took about 2 minutes! 'Twas a snap!Only thing, the wires weren't very long. But I got it to waist height.You could solder longer wires. It has a plug on the end...
