No directions came with this scale it was in 3 pieces ( main scale and 2 trays PLUS 2screws) I have no idea how to put it together. This makes it useless to me. So wasted money. Please get me directions. It looks like what I need for my sourdough baking BUT I need directions-

Calibration needs 200g weight but it comes with a 500g calibration weight so I have no way to calibrate it. Also instructions are very vague and poorly written, please hire an English speaker to write or proofread!

I guess I thought that for over $100 this was going to be a really solid piece of equipment. Something that would barely move when you touch it. It is a little wobbly. There are legs that adjust that help but it's still not super sturdy like a lab scale or anything. We will probably keep the scale. We've been using it for lots of baking, cooking, coffee bean weighing. We like the industrial look to this scale.
