These are great!The mesh makes it breathable.The quick clip makes it easy to put on. I use this for my messy older horse so he doesnt take as long to ger every crumb and then the pony doesnt get crumbs and founder, so its a win win.I do soak the pellets in a bucket then add to the feed bag right before I put it on, otherwise, obviously the water would run out and not moisten the feed. Adjusts pretty well for a small QH but would work on a TB.

I have been buying another brand of inexpensive mesh feed bags and then I saw these for the same price. They have padding on the crown and two buckles/adjustments which is super helpful in a big herd. And I was pleasantly surprised to find an extra strap to come with each bag because that’s the part that usually breaks.

I like the overall quality of these feed bags. One buckle has already broken but my horse stepped on the bag while wearing it and pulled back. I would buy them again at the same price.

I ordered these to be able to give supplements to my pastured horses, without their friends stealing them. These are nice, bigger than the ones I could buy locally and at a better price. I will be buying more.

Both my 23 yr old mare and 4 yr old gelding calmly eat out of these. No waste. Easy to get on and off and easy to clean.

I have to say, the price is what really caught my attention with these feed bags, but after a week of use I'm also impressed with the bag itself. It is heavy duty without being too stiff. On other bags, the horses sometimes can grab the base with their teeth and chew on the bag. This bag has not had that problem at all. Although the strap is not as heavy duty as other brands we have tried, an extra is included! The mesh allows the horse to drink if they want while eating. Note: this bag would not work for horses who need a powdered supplement since the powder would spill out the sides. Also, it only comes in one size which I find is perfect for most horses. It is too big for our ponies, but just right for the Thoroughbred I have been using it for this week. It may be slightly deeper than one of the brands we have and about the same as the others. All in all, I recommend!
