Works well in my Fifth wheel. Added motion lights around bed And also in all the kitchen cabinets. Probably easier to cut the ends off to wire but I added piggy tails so I could change them easy if they failed. Been using 2 years no problems. Bathroom light comes on with motion and shuts off on its own. Have bought several of these. Would purchase again.

The motion sensor is easy to install with 24V LED lights strips I put into my closet. With this sensor, the LED light strips can be ON in the room, and the closet light strip wired in parallel from the same power supply can be turned ON and OFF separately. The motion sensor turns the closet LED lights on when the door is opened. The ON time is perfect for my closet application and did not need any adjustment.The description for this device shows it can support a range of 5V to 24 Volts at 5 Amps though. But I see the detail below the description only shows 12V. With two 24 volt light strips at 48 watts in my closet, I am still under 60 watts for the device it is only 12V. But the specifications should match the description so I can be confident I am using the right part for my lighting setup and avoid any overheating issues.

Bought a pack of 3, only 1 functional temporarily for maybe a half hour. Each one made the led change color and wouldn’t pick up motion. 1 started smoking and burned up.

Plugged it in my led light strip and added to metal tracking underneath my bottom counters. Works great when I walk into the kitchen and the floor lights up with no hot spots showing. Just remember to figure the best spot for aiming the sensor based on tracking flow.

Works as advertised but slow to respond. I used these for a closet light and the time for lights to come on is nothing like a mechanical switch. The set screw is supposed to adjust how long the light stays on (but doesn't do much as far as I can tell) and there is no adjustment for the initial on switch / sensitivity. I'd happily pay more for an equivalent product of better quality, but it's pretty much impossible to find in the amazon ocean of cost optimized mediocrity ...

Full left stop on the adjustment is 15 seconds, anything more than that is several minutes or more. This is OK for my application, but I was hoping to dial in one minute and it just isn’t there. Also the cables are a bit short but if i get motivated enough I can lengthen them.
