Out of 4 brand new hoverboards, only one works properly and actually charges. The others will not charge and beeps right away when they were turned on. All boards were plugged in for charging for several hours before first used. Very disappointed. I'm glad this all happened in time for returns and Amazon were really helpful. Keep in mind, they were Christmas gifts bought early. So I had to wait multiple weeks before opening the boards just to find out they had faulty batterries etc...Take your chances. If it works, it's great and the quality feels good on the outside. It's the interior tech that's the issue.

Perfect for big kids and adults. This has great speed. My daughter attached it to a kit so she can ride it like a go cart and just has a blast. She loves how fast it goes. She is about 135 lbs and still go super fast.

I recently purchased the adult hoverboard with high expectations, particularly because it advertised Bluetooth connectivity and an accompanying app. While the hoverboard itself performs well in terms of mobility and speed, I have encountered a frustrating issue that significantly detracts from the experience: the Bluetooth functionality and app integration do not work as advertised. as the app has not been upgraded to be compatible with newer phones.If you’re looking for a hoverboard that simply gets you from point A to point B and don’t mind missing out on the tech features, this one will meet your basic needs. However, if you were hoping to enjoy the convenience of Bluetooth connectivity and the app’s features, I would suggest looking elsewhere until the manufacturer addresses the Bluetooth issue. At the moment, the hoverboard is great for riding, but the Bluetooth and app functionality is a major letdown.

My child was not able to ever ride this board. It is horrible and never charged, we were never able to turn it on. Please help I don't not feel I should have to pay to send it back.

A little hard to learn how to use but once you know how it’s pretty cool good quality and affordable. It worked on tile and carpet but not outside because the cracks on the sidewalk and rocks made it really hard to balance and I kept on falling off of it. Overall good purchase
