The product itself is high quality and sturdy. It stays charged for an an hour and functions very well. The postman left the package halfway up a driveway that is never used and it took about 3 weeks to find and that is not Amazon or the sellers fault. That would be the postman’s doings. That being said, the packaging is excellent.Considering that it sat out in the rain and the box was falling apart, the product was not damaged. It worked as expected thanks to the plastic covering around the product.
