I am in the market for a Howard Miller Grandfather's clock, Major problem with your listing is the lack of information. First are you an authorized dealer so that the warranty is valid? Second you do not provide enough information to make an informed decision. All the options of the clock are not listed. Lighting, chimes, size ect. This clock is listed at eBay for the same price with all the information for an informed decision. I am an Amazon customer and wish you would provide the additional information to purchase through Amazon!

I love my clock! The chimes have a lovely mellow tone, and it keeps excellent time. Only problem I have had is the lock on the door broke and I had to replace it, but it was easily available and easy to replace. I have had it serviced once....oiled and cleaned...my dad is a clock repair expert and said it is showing no wear on the mechanism. It is also a really beautiful piece of furniture. I have six chiming clocks in my house ranging from hundred year old antiques to a ship's clock. This is the star of my collection.
