What can I say? The toilet now flushes properly; no more having to take the tank lid off to manually yank the chain! Easy install; easy enough to adjust the arm that goes from the flush handle to the chain by bending it, but not so easy that it's going to bend by itself. Looks nice, comes with new chain & clip. Would recommend...

I've tried different ones and this one works - the key is the arm is brass so you can bend it to where it needs to be.NEVER (and I mean NEVER) get a plastic arm.I had to bend this (I held one part with pliers and used hand to bend the rest) to be right over the back of where the chain would fall on flapper, and then bend down so it doesn't hit tank cover on flusher depress. Two bends - and worse perfectly.Make sure your water level is high - if the flapper (and bobber) go above the water level it will slam shut without enough water to flush toilet.

First, beware.. On instructions; "tighten" means loosen direction, "loosen" means tighten direction. Brass must be bent or won't fit in toilet. White color is nice but metal scraping noise near porcelain toilet and handle is loosey goosey no matter how tight their plastic nut.

We like the way these look. They match our other oil rubbed bronze fixtures but after you flush when you let the handle go there is a loud metal “clangâ€.
