I'm doing a contracting job right now where I need to remote into a virtual desktop using a smartcard. My company issued an IOGear GSR202, which has caused nothing but trouble when I'm connected to my AVD from my Mac. I'm constantly having to remove and reinsert my card, and occasionally the Windows AVD won't even recognize the reader, forcing me to sign out and sign back in. It's been a time-consuming process.I decided to try this card reader since the price was right. Great decision! This card reader is excellent. It feels a bit snappier than the IOGear one, but it also works great with the Windows AVD when I'm connected from my Mac. The driver install was quite simple, and now I'm able to easily authenticate on the virtual desktop without a problem. I'm very happy with this purchase and wanted to let anyone else who may have had problems with the situation I was in know that your problems can be resolved with this card reader.

Das Kartenlesegerät macht einen soliden Eindruck und ist trotzdem sehr kompakt. Es wurde von meinem Laptop (Windows 11) sofort erkannt und arbeitet eingebunden in eine Citrix-Umgebung problemlos. E-Mails lassen sich verschlüsseln und entschlüsseln. Die Status-LED ist gut zu erkennen und zeigt den Betrieb zuverlässig an.Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde das Gerät wieder kaufen.
