When using a flat top grill, you need one of these to know the temp of the grill service. This is one of the cheaper ones and it works perfectly.

Love this hand-held Thermometer. You just press the on button & press the trigger, which activates the red laser. Point the red laser while holding the trigger and you get the temperature reading in real time. I am using it for a new griddle I purchased - if I don’t have the right surface temperature I overcook or undercook the meats.I have also used it for measuring temperature of Air Condition vents output to make sure my unit is working properly. So versatile for multiple uses.

This product is doing what it was intended and it has helped in determing the heat and non heat spots in my home. With the infrared gun I was able to fix the heat distrabution in my home.

Delivery on time, and well packed part of a consolidated order, bought this for soap making, as it looks more accurate to take temperature with, not been able to use it as yet but looks good enough for my needs soap making, also batteries are included ...Nothing worse to having to buy batteries and unable to use it when you receive the item, for luck of batteries, good investment good price Thank you****
