This cat toy was great the two times we used it. The cats were very entertained. However, It would not turn on the third time we tried to use it. The other issue was that the arms get knocked off in the high speed crashes that occur. So It needed to be put back together frequently. I also failed to notice that the cost forPostage was outrageous. So all in all, I do not recommend this toy.

I think this toy may be ideal for a dog, but for a cat, well my cat anyway, it is way too noisy and aggressive. He is more stand-offish with it, than he is playful. Quality, durability, easy to use? Sure, all that and more. But just not a great toy for my cat.

Hard to figure out how to get it to activate after pushing power button. Its hilarious once one as it tracks movement well. Cat is afraid of it 3 stars.

This product sounded like a good idea for my four playful cats but it didn't come with any directions, so I went to product description. Nothing. I figured out you had to charge it by the cord that came with it. After charging it for a couple days I figured you had to squeeze the black caps on the sides. Nothing. I plugged it back in and the ball lit up orange and green but when it was unplugged Nothing. I was given a return label but I would have had to pay return postage that amounted to more than I paid for the toy in the first place. Very disappointed!

Ends keep coming off requiring. Putting back on. Return postage costs almost as much as the refunded price not worth it
