no issues. great connectors well built. you will need special crimpers to crimp large gauge wire. just fyi.

Product is really well thought out and when assembled correctly does indeed provide water protection. It isn't perfect but compared to what else is available, this will not disappoint. I used this to make a quick disconnect for my trolling motor on my boat. Couldn't be happier. Make sure you have a good crimper, as you only get one chance with this product. An extra feral tube or even better, two would go a long way for the accidental oops.

I used these connections to power my air ride on my custom built trailer. These fitting work perfect to power my viaar air compessor that is on my trailer.

Because I keep getting hit up to do a review on this product even though I have not installed it, yet this will be short. The product is exactly as described. Looking at it pretty closely the quality is very good. Looks to be a pretty straight forward installation for me. I'm a mechanic for a living so this is pretty easy. One drawback. For a consumer that may not have much experience in these kinds of installations it may be a little intimidating to cut the hole without some kind of a pattern/template for them to use. Just a suggestion is to add a template in the package. Would I buy another one of these yes, I would.

Product was easy to install. Used it for a trolling motor bow mount. Built a new switch board for the plug with mount. The regular plug without mount, I used in the back as a quick connect between 2, 12v deep cycle battery’s. Mainly because my HOA doesn’t allow boat charging. So I have to disconnect them to charge in my house. These will work great for that. No issues yet. Make sure you have a sold crimp on the wire before inserting it into the housing. It is nearly impossible to remove after you have put the wire inside. Comes with water sealing for the wires. Now to see how long they last.

I need a waterproof quick disconnect for my bow mount trolling motor on my Stryker Pro Jet Raft. This disconnect is perfect for my application. I have used these before, make sure you match the correct disconnect to the correct wire gauge. If you do that and make high quality crimps using a hydraulic crimping tool, this fitting will work great for you!

Easy to install, rubber plugs that go over the wires and stuff in the connectors make them waterproof.
