Received ironing board, lever didn't work. Made the mistake of throwing out the box. Amazon hooked me up with the company (Thank you Amazon). The Administrate Assistant was wonderful. Sent me out a new ironing board. She had the very best customer skills, just wonderful. So very friendly. My new ironing board works great.

I bought this ironing board right before Christmas. It came with two missing end caps. I contacted customer support but didn’t hear back. Gave them the benefit of doubt because it was right before holidays. Waited till after holidays and contacted them again. Still haven’t heard from them. Ironing board is very lightweight and a little short. I chose this one because it was made in America. 🇺🇸 Very disappointed in quality and service. Doesn’t seem any better than the junk we are used to buy from China. Now I have to drag this thing to town and return it. ☹ï¸
