It's nice for the money and not too heavy or oversized. I like it.

I bought this for my mother who is an avid seamstress and crafter because she has a small space to work in. She loves it!

Like I said it's high quality good workmanship it came without any damage on it package was a little questionable. And it didn't have that big metal tray at the end of the ironing board which I'm glad it didn't the picture shows it doesn't have it I would be disappointed if it had it
Muy bien

I realize it says it’s compact and lightweight but it tips over if you put pressure on the end. It’s a terrible design.

Nice ironing board. It is built and works just like other ironing boards I have used - so no problems figuring it out, but it has some nice design elements that work well. It has a distinctive adjustment lever that is easy to manipulate and height adjustment is smooth - my old ironing board just a flimsy metal "loop" they formed at the end of the control rod and it squeaked loudly when changing height. However, the adjustment height range of this board is a bit limited - it cannot be set lower than about 30". The support legs are and feet are typical - I don't feel they are noticeably more stable than other ironing boards, but this board uses a mechanical ratchet to lock the leg height so it can support a lot of weight and will not slip at all (this explains why it operates so quietly and has a limited height adjustment range). The ironing pad is good quality, but nothing extraordinary. The iron rest is strong and is actually formed as part of the ironing board's frame so it is not removable, but it won't bend or slip at all. This makes it a 43" length ironing pad, not 54" so bear this in mind if you need to order a replacement pad. This ironing board is a bit lighter than my other board, so it is easier for me to handle it. Overall quality and construction are good. I'm satisfied with this ironing board.

I needed an extra ironing board because I was sick and tired of running 3 floors down to my laundry room to iron out my clothes. I was a bit surprised to see the price of full boards now (it's been a while since I purchased one of these), but I was happy to find this unit for an affordable price. The board arrived quick. It was fully sealed in plastic, which kept it clean and free from damage during transit. Usually I wash everything I can before use and even though the cover wasn't dirty at all, I had to see how easy it would be to remove, wash and replace. Getting the cover on and off is super simple and I can do it myself, with no help (I have issues with my hands and some days have little strength in them at all). The cover was simple to wash and didn't come out of the dryer lumpy or uneven. And even after washing, the cover still grips the clothes well. To be honest, I like the plain, gray color. I don't need some elaborate pattern or bright colored cover- especially because I have this hanging on the back of my closet door. The construction of the board is straight forward and simple. While the legs/base look exactly like the ironing board my mother has had from the 1970's and the one I have from the early 2000's, the latching system is a lot better and more updated. This is super simple to open and lock. You do not need to look under the board to find the lock/latch or wiggle it like crazy to get in in place. Just open the legs, find the height that suits you (there are a few to choose from, which I feel is a nice touch as I CAN iron sitting down if I want to) and lock it in place. It is definitely one of the easier boards I've ever used. Oh- and ill note that when you are opening and closing this, you do not get that wretched, terrible, grinding metal sound. Is it silent? No. But it isn't loud, clanky or obnoxious at all.The hollow steel legs aren't easily bent and are configured in a way that makes the board very sturdy and free from wobbles and tilts. Truthfully, they are just as good as the thick legs that my other 'luxury' board downstairs has. I actually prefer this board with these legs because it is much lighter and easier to move and hang. There may have been a time (or two...three...or more) where I didn't have time to break the board down and hang it up, so it turned into a bit of a catch all. There have also been times I have used this as an extra space in the bedroom to fold and sort clothes. I mention both of these things because I am very impressed with the amount of weight this can handle. (It's A LOT)I have mentioned a few times that I keep this on the back of my closet door. I did purchase a hook separate and it was $4.99. The board fits perfect on the hook and stays put.Overall, I am happy with this board. I feel like it is pretty simple, but it is lightweight, sturdy, strong and easy to use. I feel like, especially for the price, the quality is exceptional for what you get.
