Premium Filtration
Stage 1: Sediment Filter
Used as the first stage of defense on the system, the filter achieves filtration down to 5 microns and removes dirt and other various larger-sized particles from the water that may clog the following filters.
Stage 2: CTO Carbon Block Filter
The second stage houses a 5-micron CTO coconut shell carbon block filter. It uses high-quality coconut shell carbon and highly compact fabrication tech for maximum filtration efficiency (removes up to 99% chlorine) and filter life.
Stage 3: Iron & Manganese Reducing Filter
iSpring iron & manganese reducing filter efficiently reduces iron (max 3.0 ppm down to 0.01 ppm) and manganese (max 1.0 ppm down to 0.01 ppm) Filtration Capacity: 50k gal at 3.0ppm for iron

I had an issue with the filter that water started coming very slow and i reached out to customer service. John was quick enough to identify that the lead filter may be the problem and he immediately shipped out a replacement.. Excellent customer service! Also, i have been using this product for over 5 years. Very good quality! I have tested periodically using one of the water testing kits available in Amazon and the water quality is excellent always!Thanks much John for your excellent service!

This product is amazing! We have a whole-home filtration system and it works great. We live in Louisiana and the only way I cam describe the water quality is that it tastes, looks, and smells like Louisiana. These filters take that all away. They last about 4-5 months but we have a 4.5 bathrooms and two kitchens, so we use a tons of water so the filters get used up faster. But we don't lose any pressure through the house.The filters are super easy to change. Takes about 10 minutes.Best part: we had a weird winter freeze and the the rack burst and was unusable. The entire system costs $600 for a new one. But we called iSpring and they were absolutely helpful. Sent us a brand new bracket for free!Great product, great water, and great service. 100% recommend.

We've been buying these filters for years. They work great and last a decent ammount of time. Very easy to replace, and they always come with new seals. So far they've been able to handle our high water pressure just fine. Overall awesome filters!!

I installed this system in conjunction with a big box store water softener to treat our rusty well water in northern Illinois. Installation was straight forward and went without incident. Prior to installation, our water would look clear coming out of the tap, but the toilets, showers, washing machine, dishwasher, and any other fixtures or appliances would get substantial orange rust stains on them within a few days of cleaning. The water definitely tasted like well water, but it was drinkable in a pinch. After installing the filters, the taste of our well water is comparable to that of bottled water. The rust buildup in the appliances and fixtures was reduced by probably 80% or so, but not completely removed. I just changed my first set of filters after six months, as I was uncertain what my service life would be given our level of rust. We also noticed a minor drop in water pressure in the last couple weeks, suspected filter contamination. The sediment filter was very discolored, probably in the middle of the color chart found on ispring’s site, definitely in the ready to change range. The other filters appeared to be in good condition, no notable discoloration. After the filter change, water pressure returned to normal. Going forward, I plan to change the sediment filter only every four months, the other two filters annually. I will reevaluate that as time goes on, but I think that will be sufficient based on my observations from this first cycle. I think this is a great product that definitely changed or water quality and drinkability. I highly recommend.

I bought this set of filters about three months before I installed them - way beyond the return date. When I installed them (not my first time, I've had the whole house filters for several years) I noticed the water had a gritty texture and alkaline taste. This isn't unusual but typically clears up in a couple of days. When it didn't I emailed iSpring. They had me send them a copy of my invoice then shipped me a replacement filter, no shipping or replacement cost. iSpring has awesome customer service; I highly recommend this company.

These are a great filter system. We've been using them for many years now. My only request would be to list or add on the correct O rings that go with it. Every year when we replace, we end up with issues with the O ring sizing.

I live in rural Tennessee and I have an artesian well. The elements are very strong here. These filters help clear the sediment, help the water taste better, and eliminates the odor. It does not reduce the water flow at all. They do have to be replaced about every 6 months, but that's pretty normal. Initially when first installed it leaks a little, but it seems to stop on it's own very quickly. You will see a grayish color (that's the charcoal working, not harmful) in the beginning as stated, but it goes away quickly. I had the water tested by an independent company and they were shocked at the results. It softened the water and lowered all of the major elements in the water. They said we bought an excellent system. I don't even have the red stains from the iron. It's amazing!!!

I’ve been using this system for a while now, and it has been fantastic. The quality of the filters and the ease of installation are top-notch. Recently, I needed to replace the FG25B-KS filter, and Sean from the support team was incredibly helpful. I bought these filters to replace the filters in the Ispring WGB32BM system I had installed 8 months ago. The water was starting to form a taste again so I thought it was the filters. I thought it was a bit early for the filters to be changed so I called Isping to see if they could help me. After talking with Michele we figured out it is the old water softener that came with the house when we bought it 3 yrs ago. Michele also sent a different set of filters for me to try out, no Charge, because of the water softener issue. It’s nice to see customer service like this is not lost, thanks to Michele.

I’ve held off writing this review until the system has proven itself. I have been through a few attempts with Richard from iSpring helping me out along the way; and in June I finally installed this specific 3-stage set of filters. Our well water is problematic, and feeds two houses. One house uses this filter set, the other house uses a 5 micron filter, and a softener with iron reducing chemicals. This filter set has proven itself to be far better than what I have on the other house - on the same water. I’ve had the water tested, and it’s very hard, with high TDS, and high iron / manganese - which makes it difficult to treat reliably. At first I had an issue with a premature failure of an iron/manganese filter - so I wasn’t convinced. Richard kindly offered this full set, which I was dubious about. In retrospect I now suspect that the initial 5 micron filter wasn’t sealed perfectly, and so dirty water was reaching the iron/manganese filter - which fouled it prematurely. You have to be very careful to install these centrally in your housing.Once installed properly, our water has been crystal clear and tastes so much better than the other house - for nearly 8 months now with one filter set. I’m hoping to get 18 months out of them based on our water usage, so we’ll see - but even at 8 months I’m happy. I suspect some of the negative reviews are caused by improper installation or water with other contaminants that this filtration set isn’t suitable for. Get your water tested before choosing.

This is a wonderful whole house filtration system! It cleaned up our well water very nicely and 6 months later we still haven’t replaced the filters. I highly recommended it. You won’t be disappointed! Also, the technical support from iSpring is excellent! Brian was always very prompt and courteous with all his replies. It’s a great peace of mind.
