Great value for the money. These filters eliminate the majority of the heavy sediments out of my well water supply line, and therefore extends the life or our charcoal filters in our refrigerator, dishwasher, cloths washer and sink You can also see and notably taste the difference.

Is it really 5 microns? Have many particulates in water supply. Name brand 5 micron gives me 2-3 weeks use before flow drops, This brand gives 8 weeks so it makes me wonder if is trapping EVERYTHING over 5 microns.

I have a well water and use those for a whole house filtering system. Just don't forget to replace every 3-6 months (depending on how dirty is the well water).

These look good but they did not fit my water filtration so I recommend to check sizes before ordering

These filters let fine material past on the ends. The ends have hard plastic and do not seal to housing
