These dumbbells are so high quality and have excellent ergonomic grip. I use them for fast pace Sculpt Society workouts and they work so well. The color is great and have no signs of wear or tear after several months of use. Definitely worth it.

I needed weight to work out with to help with a rotator cuff problem in my shoulder. This weight really works well and I like that it is compact and has a very good grip to it. I would recommend it.

Can’t say for sure if it builds muscles, but it does hold my tabletop needlework stand firmly! Also use one of these on the base of my floorlamp to prevent it from tipping over. 🙂

I purchased the 3 lb version many years ago, felt great in my hands, always wanted the heavier version. I now have arthritis in both hands, I found the shape and weight distribution of these weights quite comfortable, they are easier to pick up and grasp than regular weights
