You add the honey, we provide the rest. Varieties of Nature Nate's Honey, GloryBee Honey, are compatible with this set, but we suggest you choose a local honey for best results. Some of our favorites are clover honey (sweet and zesty), tupelo honey (a little more delicate and buttery), and meadowfoam honey (flavors of toasted marshmallow and vanilla).

If you want to sweeten up your mead, you can add extra honey, or try throwing in some fruit like blueberries or apples.
