I bought these strings after my elixir strings needed a replacement. I really like how great they sound, and how smooth my fingers glide over these strings. I bought these strings a few months ago and they have lasted a while. For reference, I play my guitar quite often. 5/5.

I've been an active musician for the past 13 years, and I played many guitars strung with many varieties of guitar strings. I've always played mostly blues, classic rock, and my own songs which vary from folky strumming to Black Label Society riffage. Not only do I use the acoustic string sets, but I also use the electric sets as well. For the longest time, I used Elixir or Martin ones for acoustic, and Dean Markley BLUE STEEL, Ernie Ball Slinkys, or GHS Boomers for electric... I have to say that these Dunlop strings are great on my expensive Ovation or my cheap Fender Rogue guitar. The tone is well balanced and the strings can also hold their tune better as well. They sound relatively new all the way until you put a fresh set on... I'm Happy with them and you will be too... So pick up a set and experience clarity!

I normally use Elixir 80/20 nanoweb which I like very much. The Dunlops are very easy on the fingers, even after playing for an hour. The sound is much warmer and not as tinny as the elixirs. Sound is good for the price. I usually play Spanish pop and ballads.

As I said when right after I restrung my guitar, there is nothing more beautiful than the sound of new strings. These Dunlops were not only a great price, but they were shipped and arrived almost immediately. As opposed to the tinny sound that many other string will have, they had a clear resonance that didn't ruin the sound of my playing.I am definitely going to buy these again.

I have had these string on now for one month. They have been played every day for two or more hours.Strings should always sound good when you put them on, these certainly did and they still sound good now. I mostly fingerpick rather than use a plectrum but they have had a fair bit of use.I have noticed more discolouration of my fingers than usual with these Dunlop strings, but that is unimportant surely as it is the sound that counts.The strings which are made in California are packed in polythene using "Corrosion Inhibiting VCI Fresh Technology" - so they are factory fresh.The sound was and still is good, but I think you have to try different string to find the right set for the guitar and its guitarist. I would get these again though I may well be trying some others first.This set of 12's are: 12, 16, 24, 32, 42, 54. I find the slightly heavier 54 gives a better sound for me than say a 53 ( or a 52 (. All three sets I have used recently and found them all good but I prefer the 12 - 54 gauge.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Die Saiten klingen gut und lassen sich auch leicht spielen. Wobei man nicht vergessen sollte dass jeder Saiten anders empfindet und eine Bewertung daher auch immer ein bisschen subjektiv sein wird.
