Works awesome to hold up the queen bed in our Winnebago View 24J. Does NOT come with the end brackets. Be sure to order a set of end brackets. It's a simple 10 minute install.. the rated 90 lb will lift and hold up an RV queen size bed using only 1 strut in the middle.

I tried to get a response from JR Manufacturing but no reply. And so, here’s my experience with these struts. I purchased several in 2017 to restore the storage bay lift doors of my motorhome—infact I guess it was 7 tho needed 8. Those 7 continue to work well to this day and were a direct replacement for oem struts. I recently (2023) clicked on “reorder†the same strut from my 2017 Amazon order thereby ensuring I would get the same model strut to finally replace that last overlooked nonfunctional oem bay strut.Received new strut quickly as always from Amazon but the new strut differs from the others, tho labeled the same, insomuch as neither end of the new strut spins/rotates to align and connect to the oem mounted nubs inside the bay wall; the ones I purchased in 2017 spun so I could easily connect the struts to the nubs.I will look for the same model # from another supplier—one that spins freely on one end!

Perfect replacement for my broken struts. Very easy to install - the old one pops put and the new ones pop in. Arrived on time. I would use them again as first choice vendor if I needed to replace struts on my other vehicles.
