For those lucky enough to have a JURA machine these tablets are a must have to keep your machine working. The price I paid was good and these are the manufacturer’s product, so I feel safe and secure in cleaning my JURA machine.

We have a Jura Z10 that we paid a pretty penny for. We didn't realize that we were going to have to buy so many maintenance items (i.e., these tablets, milk system cleaning solution) for the machine. By the time we figured it out, it was too late...we had already fallen in love with the coffee. So, although we don't love the maintenance costs, we've decided that it's worth it to protect our machine. These descaling tablets seem to do a good job. Some reviews mention that the notification to descale occurs even after using the tablets. We have not run into this issue, which may be due to descaling regularly.

Everything Jura seems overpriced, but I've never had anything from them that didn't do almost exactly what it was supposed too. Even these.Although I do use the purel filters, it seems that some mineral still gets through and these clean it up. Id recommend these once a year of using purel filters even though it's said not to be needed. (If you live somewhere with poor quality water like MN).

Our Jura E6 was not working well. We realized that it was due to our water. These tablets fixed the problem and it is working very well again. Easy to use!

Very easy to use, keeps the machine in tip top condition, cheaper to buy and use these regularly than pay for a machine scale via sending it back to the manufacturer. Reommended.
