This item successfully cleaned my machine, it took a few tablets and runs with the descaling solution, but it did work! I took off stars as I received a box that had been opened and damaged (photo is what I received). Not that the box matters, but someone had definitely taken everything out and shoved it back in, likely a return. Not the best look but I’m glad it worked

I’ve used my Nespresso without this product for years because I never realized there was a pod type cleaner. I’m very happy with this and plan to use it as suggested to keep my coffee maker running at its best
