These seem to hold up well. They fit, and work, and I had no problems with leakage unless I didn't have them fully tightened, just make sure you use the enclosed plastic gaskets. The only problem I had is that they can be a little problematic to clean. Multiple times, I thought I had them fully cleaned out (water was coming out clear) only to find a skin dried across the opening later.

I love the fact that I have multiple sizes so I can paint higher ceilings for example, or I can use the short extension wand if I’m painting doors and baseboards

I hate swallowing pills. I opt for the gummy in every situation when feasible. I think I'd rather swallow the pill. The ingredients appear to be high quality but the chewiness is just too much. I have given up.
