Your baking time might change a bit because of the shape of the pan! Mine did.Turned out very cute. Made a fantastic cheesecake. A little difficult to clean because of the grooves but so are most cheesecake pans. I'll be using it again for sure and I'm very happy with my purchase

First thing I did was wash it and made sure the seal was tight. I made a gorgeous cheesecake. Love this pan.

It looks great! the only downside is that the heart shape is not so noticeable, in other words the indent on the top should have been stronger

I bought this pen to make a flourless chocolate torte, which I highly recommend the recipe from Williams-Sonoma. It was for our Galentine’s party and it was such a hit. The pan washes up nicely and cooks evenly.

I really like the shape but it leaks you have to use a pan under it I found out the hard way I tried 2 different times thinking the first time I did something wrong but no it wasn't me.

have many springform pans. this one does not open enough (the side ring). cheesecake removal is somewhat difficult without breaking the crust.
