I cannot believe I spent my whole life not having pans that open at the side! I did some baking this weekend and I used these three pans for cakes and brownies, and even a round cornbread and I love how easy it was to get them out of the pan by just releasing the sides. I know this is not new technology and obviously I have been way behind the times, but these were great. I used the bottom lining that came with the pans and I cut them down to fit the various sizes and the cleanup was simple. I’d highly recommend and I might buy another set for myself just so I can bake more.

I bought these to make cheesecakes and I worked very well. No leakage, very easy to open the sides. The added parchment paper was nice as well.

These pans are terrific! Easy to use and clean. Good quality and very sturdy. J bake tons of cheesecakes and have NEVER had an issue with leakage.Tip: You’ll have a next to impossible time trying to lock it while holding the bottom in your hand. Place it on a solid level surface and close the springform around it to lock it.Also they’re not made to hold water but batter instead.

Great value for 3 dishes. Very easy to use and have not experienced any leaking with these. Washing in the dishwasher did results in some slight rust, was able to wipe away however.

I've only had a chance to use 2 of the cake pans - the smallest and medium sized ones. But I love them so much I had to leave a review. The first time I used the smallest one to make a cheesecake, and I purposely did not spray the base with an oil or use a liner, so I could see how nonstick it truly was. The result was a not-so-easy to remove crust (the cheesecake kind of fell apart). The crust was slightly stuck to the base but it was mostly easy to remove.The second time I used the medium sized one to make another cheesecake, but this time I applied a little bit of butter to the base first. The result - the cake removed much easier. I had to slip something underneath the crust at first, but the entire cake came off like a dream.The next few times I used a pan, I used a liner because that's honestly the easiest thing to use to help with removal. The pan itself is very easy to clean; I just spray some Dawn powerwash on, use my scrubber and it comes clean after rinsing.Tldr?You won't regret getting this wonderful set. They're easy to clean, remove and locks very well.(In hindsight, the only thing I regret is not getting a set with 6-8-10 inches because most recipes utilize theses sizes. I have yet to come across any recipes for 4-7-9 inch sized pans. Boo.)

I used it for baking small cake for the 1 year old birthday of my child. It was perfect. Good size, no leakage, easy to clean. But the open and close clap is hard to use

The pans work really well. Easy to assemble, quick to clean and simple to store stacked inside the biggest pan. I gave it a rate of 4 because I thought they were larger and it would be great if the seller woulf have photos include something familiar to most buyers, like an egg carton or some other item that most people are familiar with.
