I needed a pan for cheesecakes and this didn't miss! Excellent quality, unique rectangle shape, and good depth.

I was originally looking for a tombstone shaped cake pan but couldn’t find one and then I stumbled across this! I had no idea they made rectangle springform pans! It worked beautifully! The pan is non stick and was super easy to clean! I will say it did leak a little but not enough to warrant it an issue and the bits that came out were easy clean up (and delicious).

I love making in Spring forms it makes things so much easier, I was so excited to finally find a rectangle one. The size is perfect, it can be cleaned in the dishwasher or by hand, I love baking in it!

I do love this pan...but I make a lot of icecream cakes and the seal in the bottom to the spring surround is not strong enough to keep from leaking. BUT, the catch basin does make it minimal mess. If using for a traditional cake batter, it would be perfect!!

This rectangular spring form pan was exactly what I needed to make a large ice cream cake. There were two tiny leaks but over all, it worked well. The base has a lip to catch any leaking. I did not bake with this.

I tried several times and it leaked every time I tried.

I've used this pen several times, and every time the crust likes to stick to my cheesecakes and the liquids like to leak out of the pans. This leaves my cheesecakes with inconsistent and sometimes missing the entire crust, and if you're not using a separate pan to hold this item, the liquids will leak out and spill into the bottom of your oven, which is a fire risk. Thankfully I use additional pans and don't take chances, but someone new to baking cheesecakes or any baked goods that they would use this pan for might actually have a bad situation on their hand if they don't know to take extra precautions. Not really great for a newbie, you have to really know what you're doing and have experience to work with this pan. That said, other than the issues that I've run into with my crusts crumbling and falling apart and the pan leaking, it does still cook the cheesecake batter consistently and my cheesecakes hold the shape as they should. No other complaints on my end, just make sure that you use caution and take steps to prevent leakage.
