It's just a well made little strainer bag. My fiance uses it to strain out the liquid in yogurt that she makes and it works perfectly for that too. As far as making kava in it, sure it's fine, I don't really have a tremendous amount of patience for it though to be honest. But it's just a nice product. I stupidly tried holding it high in a blender to agitate the Kava and made a little rip in it, so ordering a new one. You could use this thing for many applications though.

I'm a newbie to kava but I know this works great. I noticed that it definitely made a more potent potion than Ive really ever had before. Up until today, I have been using a handkerchief to make my drinks. Now I get what I have been missing out on. I ordered my kava from the same vendor that Ive been ordering kratom from for the past few years and I am impressed. I didnt even realize the importance of a strainer bag until after I had already put in my order to my people or I woulda bought one from them, Im sure they carry them. All in all, this bag is perfect for straining kava. I would highly recommend...

Works great, but I don’t understand the high price. It’s a mesh bag. I’m going to use it for loose leaf tea as well.

This bag is really strong. I squeeze it and it never popped like I saw in a different review but my kava made me really nauseous after drinking six small cups. I even double straitened it after. Maybe kava isn’t for me but the bag is good!

This strainer is ok, but, if you have the extra money, I recommend wakacon's bag. It strains better, cleans better, and is bigger. I don't normally recommend another product in a review, but, I think I should have saved my money, as I was trying to save a few bucks.
