This had been a game changer for me this winter with the frigid temperatures! I like the simplicity of pushing one button to warm it up, and it really does it keep my towels warm! The added slot for a scent strip is a nice bonus and the smell is not too strong. It also looks very nice in my bathroom…NOT like a diaper pail, haha!Great product!

Actually obsessed with this. It’s fast and works so well. Wish I’d bought it years ago

I bought this for my granddaughter and she absolutely loves it. She uses it to warm her towels when she showers and even puts her pjs in it before going to bed.

This towel warmer is priced at somewhere around $150 at the time I am writing this review. While that could definitely be much worse, that is no small amount to spend on a unnecessary and high luxury product like this. Considering while reading the reviews for it, it looks like a frequent thing for this warmer to end up quitting after a period of 7 to 12 months. I don't consider a year or possibly much less to be an adequate period of time to have a functioning product, at this price.Yes, it is lovely. It's nice looking, works very well, I have no complaints. Im simply concerned about the longevity. Because of this, I don't think I would recommend it, but I wouldn't tell anyone not to get it either. Since I don't know first hand if this warmer will end up quitting within a year, I have to just leave it at that. Perhaps this one is a bit of a gamble.

**UPDATE** The seller promptly reached out to rectify the defective product and followed up multiple times to accommodate. Great customer service. Once the replacement arrives will update on functionality of product should there be a need. This Keenray Towel Warmer looks nice on the outside, and it’s just and empty can on the inside that is supposed to heat up. Pretty sure I got a defective one, but didn’t unbox it before the return window. Hopefully I can reach the manufacturer for a resolution. The lid is plastic, but has a wood look to it. Inside there’s a bit of a chemical smell to it. Hopefully that will go away once it airs out. It’s lightweight and easy to move around.I’ve tried to heat a full size bath towel in it, as wells a throw blanket. The towel seemed to get warm faster, but still didn’t get very warm. Within a minute it was cool to the touch again. When I warmed the blanket, I felt warmth on my hands as I took it out, but in 30 seconds it dissipated. Parts of the blanket were still cold. There was a sour foul smell both times when pulling the pieces out.I’ll be calling the manufacturer on Monday.
