So a long time ago I stayed at a resort that always had heated towels for you after you showered or took a swim in the ocean or the pool, the spa. I mean I dont think they even had non-warmed towels. lol Anyways that was one of the best feelings ever. Since then I had seen towel warmers that hung on the wall and the bars heated your towel, to oven looking towel warmers. The thing was they were always really expensive, like in the 200 dollar range and up so I never got one. I would occasionally come across one here in the last couple years and thought I should get that as the price of these have come down quite a bit. I then came across this delight. It looked great, could hold more than one towel if needed, and didn't take too long to warm the towels. I said why not check it out.There is not much to these, there was the lid and the bottom container but when i was taking it out of the box i thought that something smelled really good. I took the lid off and smelled down in the bottom half and yes there was something. I took the few things out of the bottom and one was this scent disk and another was a scent packet. The packet said they wanted to be sure that i received a good smelling product. That indeed I did. I flipped through the instructions really fast and went and plugged it into my outlet in the bathroom and loosely tossed in a towel. Touched the power button and jumped into the shower. After I got finished with my shower i stepped out and looked at the led warming bar on the towel heater and it was just under the first setting. I wasn't gonna wait as i needed a towel so i opened it up and grab the towel. Oh it was nice, it wasn't great but it was nice as the warmth of the towel just helped make stepping out of the shower into that cold winter air so much much easier.I learned that it does take some time to heat the towels but nothing crazy if you ask me. Now when I want a warm towel which is every time, I just get it started before anything else as I always place a towel in it the day before so all I have to do is press the power button. I do that before getting undressed or anything else, that gives the machine some time as I take long showers anyways(about 12 minutes) and I know with my towels it needs a little more than 20 min total to have a great warm towel. Probably around the 25 minute mark. I have not tested it with 2 towels but i would say give it the whole 60 min with my towels for it to do its thing. My only thing is that I wish it did warm a little faster but I have made it work and I didn't have to change anything really other then pressing a button before i begin my shower routine. Even if I dont do that and press power right before i get in the shower at 12-15 minutes it still provides a really nice warm towel.I am very happy with this and the fact you can put this fragrance disk into the top to give your towels a boost of freshness is awesome. If not in a hurry and just plan with a tiny adjustment you to can enjoy the luxury of a warm towel everyday as I do because of this wonderful device.

This product is works so well! It is a game changer having warm towels after showering. We have been using it to warm pjs and school clothes as week. It has a light showing when a thick or a thin towel has been warmed. Very easy to use!

I live in a humid environment so I find that after I use a towel once to dry off, it never fully air dries for the next use. So I ordered this towel warmer figuring it would do a great job of drying the towel off and warming it up for me just in time for me to get out of the shower. It turns out that it’s not quite that simple.The manual states that you must use dry towels only in this warmer. And they would be correct. I tried putting my slightly damp bath towel in the warmer and left it there for an hour. When I pulled it out, I had a steamy hot towel that felt like it had been sitting in a steam room. Not exactly what I was looking forward to using to dry off with.I tried putting a dry towel in the warmer and repeated the same steps. It still came out slightly damp. It seems that because there is no air flow in this unit, any moisture that it can pull from the towel will turn into steam and make the towel feel soggy. Apparently some fabrics have more moisture in them than others and my towels are just more moist than what the warmer is looking for.I tried putting a thick sweatshirt in the warmer and it too came out steamy. I then tried some underwear and a t-shirt. Those both came out warm and dry, presumably because the material is thinner and has less natural moisture in it. I also tried warming my bathrobe up and it came out pretty dry. It’s a fairly thin material.So I have mixed feelings about this warmer. I need to pretty much use a fresh towel every day to keep it as dry as possible. That’s not really practical for me. If you tend to use a fresh towel every time you shower this unit may work out great. Or, if you live in a dry environment, you may find you have much better results.Addressing some comments about the size, I found that I could fit up to two bath towels in the warmer, or one bath towel and one bathrobe. If the bathrobe is really thick, you will probably need to warm that separately. It’s definitely intended to be a personal use warmer, not something you use to warm towels for the entire family all at once.

I promise you can’t go wrong with this towel warmer it’s absolutely perfect and great quality. There’s nothing like getting out of the shower to a nice warm towel and robe.

Overall I am loving the luxury of having a warm towel to wrap myself in after a bath or hot tub session. Especially in this cold Calgary winter it is really getting a lot of use.The aromatherapy tablets are also amazing. I love that added bit of a spa feel to make a spa night at home feel that much nicer.Things to note:The warmer takes upwards of 20 mins to get your towel fully warm. For this reason I don’t use it for every shower, especially in the mornings. It would be nice if it was a little quicker for more frequent use, but my electricity bill is probably happy that’s not the case.The bucket stores 2-3 towels at a time if they are fluffy, if they are a thinner type maybe more.Do not put a slightly damp towel into the bucket. My husband did this as he thought it might also act in a drying fashion. I know this is kind of obvious but this just leads to a musty smelling towel.While I like the look of the towel warmer and it matches my bamboo bathroom accessories I can see how it might not suite every style of washroom and be a bit limiting that way.

You can add fragrances to the lid so your towels smell night. There's child proof locks on the lid which do come in handy.The unit itself has a modern design to it, and on the front there is a temp gauge to see where it's at. You can set it to the type of linen you put in, and my wife puts our bed sheets in on really cold nights.This was a nice purchase by her that paid for itself the first time I used a warmed towel.
