KEO ZErO flute countersink and deburring tools are simple, all-purpose tools made of Cobalt that provide flawless countersinking and deburring. The chatter-free cutting action requires minimal power. The microsmooth CNC precision ground construction produces clean, smooth cutting without smearing on a variety of materials. The tool especially excels in countersinking or deburring holes in aluminum, plastics and other nonmetallics. Well made and cuts the angle I need in both wood and aluminum.

Retains a sharp edge very well. Highly recommend.

Very expensive but hard to find a countersink this big. I used it on aluminum and it worked wonderfully, cutting away thin ribbons of metal in a smooth and controlled fashion

I like these "zero flute" countersinks for use on wood and aluminum, because they don't chatter and leave a smooth cut. I tried one on steel and it dulled up, so don't do that. After looking at videos on how to sharpen one with a Dremel tool (which I didn't have) I found that using a small round metal file parallel to the walls in the center hole worked quite well. Go from the back to the front cutting edge. The 90 degree countersinks are used for ISO metric screws while 82 degree countersinks are used for non-metric, i.e. American Inch Screws - these are the wood and metal screw you find in hardware stores.
