My work desk didn't come with a keyboard tray and I wanted one that I could adjust because I like to have my keyboard a very specific way. This was easy to install and worked perfectly with my current desk. Definitely recommend if you are like me and are way too specific about how you like your keyboard.

Let me say I like the this Cartmay keyboard tray. It installs fairly siimply, and can accommodate either a smooth desk edge or one that has a ""beam"" under the front of the desk surface (that support piece that runs under the front of the desk surface). Once installed it's pretty sturdy overall, though the tray itself can wobble a bit depending on how heavy-handed on the keyboard I am on a given day; the wobble is nothing pronounced, but for an OCD type like me is noticeable (more on that in a minute). And it has all kinds of adjustments: It slides in and out, adjusts up and down, pivots left and right, and the tray surface itself can adjust to provide some back-to-front tilt if desired. And, it comes with wrist-wrist pads for both the keyboard and mouse (if you're in to those -- I'm not). Now, my one concern is that the tray itself feels a little bit cramped -- I should explain. I have a full-size(ish) keyboard -- meaning, one with a full complement of keys + a ten-key pad (you can see it in the picture). It is, however, not what I consider a full-size keyboard - there are definitely larger ones out there. So, with my keyboard on there it leaves only a small-ish space for my mouse to work with. I initially had an old-school mouse pad on there and it quickly eliminated any wiggle room for tweaking how my keyboard is positioned. I did, though, ultimately figure out that the wooden tray's surface itself plays nicely enough with the mouse that I simply removed the mouse pad. With that gone, I have more room to work with. BUT, I have noticed that the mouse moves around on its own when I'm typing (I see the cursor pointer off to the side that moves as the tray bounces around). In the end this is a very nice keyboard tray with tons of adjustment available. I only wish the tray itself was an inch or maybe two inches wider. Just measure your keyboard and mouse space requirements before ordering.

Heavy duty and works as it should. Easy to mount and slides and adjusts easily. Does not flex or tilt when pressure is applied and has many angles and height it can be adjusted to.

Returned item. No clear instructions and did not want to ruin a desk by putting holes in it

Was easy to install and has good sliding action. It was easier to install on an empty desk because of the weight.Be sure to measure and make sure this will work. It even works on my Ikea desk with netting on the bottom because it fits around the netting. It's super useful to have a secondary pc's keyboard and mouse hidden and ready to go whenever it's needed.

The product is not worth the price. There are no barring or locks in the slide mechanism. The thing wobbles because it's just a flimsy piece of wood shoved into a metal casing. There are a million other options that are better and more stable.
