I've got the CPL on an Action 4 that I use as a cycling camera. It's been perfect during the day for reducing reflections from the road. It even makes my Garmin screen more readable in the footage, as the screen reflections from the sky are a lot less too. Car windows are a lot less reflective also, something I find extremely beneficial for a cyclist like myself. As if anything were to happen to me, it's a lot more obvious in the footage if a driver is on their phone.It's not completely transparent, so it does reduce the light a little. No where near as much as the ND versions though. I've used it just fine during night time riding. But when It's night time, I take it off and put it in my pocket, as it's really easy to take on and off with it being a simple friction fitting.Highly recommend for anyone using their action cam on the road while cycling.
