this is the third one we have installed in our home. We love these and they work well. Fairly easy to install as a matter of fact my husband could not install the last one do to n injury so I installed it. The color is perfect and the seat and lid are soft close which is great in the kids bathroom. It is a sturdy seat. The water temperature is what ever comes out of your faucet.

I have two bidet seats - one is electric heated, fully automated, and the other is the other extreme - the manual, cold water only Kohler PureWash. My favorite is the Purewash. The controls for the water nozzle are well implemented - giving good control over flow and direction. The unit itself feels premium - dampened lid, no flex on the seat, and again, the water controls are ergonomic and premium feeling. About cold water only - I live in New England and was anticipating this to be a problem, butt honestly, it's barely noticeable. That said, my wife prefers the heated experience, but that's not an option in one of our bathrooms.Installation was easy, and the seat is removable for thorough cleanings. The hardware that comes with unit feels premium too.I have to say: recommended.

I bought this for the toilet in my primary bathroom because I hated my toilet seat (it was the "easy to remove" kind but it was never easy) and also needed to replace my existing bidet attachment that had gotten moldy all of a sudden after 2.5 years (it was always kept clean idk what happened). I figured I could get a new toilet seat and a new bidet with this one item plus it's Kohler so can't go wrong. It fits my elongated toilet just fine, and so far it is working as intended. As far as installation: I couldn't remove my existing t-valve so I kept it and luckily it was the same size connection. You'll want to make sure the water line isn't twisted otherwise it will leak. I originally made the mistake of getting it twisted when I was attaching it and it kept leaking. I untwisted it and haven't had a problem with leaks since. Also the water line is different on each end, but the instructions show the same end in the pictures. Does it matter? I'm not sure.I wasn't able to push in the plastic nuts very far at all, but with tightening the screws there hasn't been any movement (my old toilet seat moved all over the place). I imagine with a Kohler brand toilet (mine is not) those nuts would fit perfect.I love that the seat has a little button to push and the seat slides out to clean. It's so simple! I have another toilet in the house with a bidet toilet seat with a similar button removal and seeing that this Kohler model had it was a selling point for me.The seat is plastic which can be off-putting for some. I don't like that it creaks when I move the slightest bit and I'm a very small person. But it doesn't shift around at all which I've had plastic seats in the past that slid all over the place. The plastic does make it easy to clean though. The seat that this replaced was not plastic, but was a nightmare to clean because it had some weird coating on it that would get weird and any and all cleaning products would stain it.I took one star off because using it is odd from other bidets I've used/owned and doesn't match the directions. The water doesn't spray your rear until you let go of the handle even though it is spraying.I do think the Installation Instructions could have been written better. I write directions for a living, so giving all the information needed is best. Maybe do a quick install guide and a separate more detailed one. Under Tools and Materials they list a wrench, flat head screwdriver, and plastic wrap. At no point do they say what to use the plastic wrap for. (You just have to guess.) I did keep the plastic wrap on the seat that it was shipped in, so why not just say to keep it wrapped for checking the spray once installed.

**Second Update**OK, this Kohler bidet is garbage. First unit leaked and second unit sometimes leaks but recently the plastic that latches it into place broke. Engineered to fail.*UPDATE*In less than one month of using the bidet is leaking. As soon as you rotate the control arm water begins to leak out. I'm going to exchange it for another since I like everything about it, but it looks like this device wasn't engineered well since others are reporting the same thing in other reviews.------------------------So, 2 years ago I dipped my toes into the world of bidets purchasing an Alpha Bidet (version 1). It worked quite well for 2 years, but 3 things made me stop using it.1. The gray rubber "feet" that you see on the Hibbetts model and Alpha model don't hold up. After awhile they start to tear and I ended up taking the feet from the lid and replacing the ones on the seat that tore (they bear the most weight).2. The color is a bluish/purplish white that didn't quite match our Kohler toilet.3. The way that it attaches to the toilet started to fail. The spring loaded quick release didn't click into place unless I pulled on it.So after getting rid of this I tried out the Brondell thin attachment. This installed easily and seemed well constructed. I was a bit wary of the thin plastic that the control attached to but underneath it has 2 pieces of metal for reinforcement. The issue with this one is it just doesn't hit the spot. On an elongated toilet I had to really sit back and lean forward which was uncomfortable. I'm not returning it because it was in our toilet and only $20, perhaps it'll see use another day.So, now to this bidet. First off, the color matches our toilet which is great. The rubber feet on the seat and lid seem much more durable than the gray feet on the Alpha bidet. Installation was a lot easier than the Alpha bidet as well, with the hardest part making the connections tight. The Alpha bidet had metal connections whereas this one is plastic. That's a bit of a shame. The seat itself seems much more durable than the Alpha bidet, but there is some squeaking of plastic under my keester. This one aims better than the Brondell attachment, but still doesn't match the sniper like accuracy of the Alpha bidet. However, using the control wand I'm able to strafe the "brown town" like a German Stuka in WW2.So far so good with this bidet, but if it fails miserable or starts leaking I'll be back to change my review.

Water supply T joint is not suitable for Australian standards and won’t fit , and it is size between 15mm and 20mm so forget about finding suitable adapter

I was looking add-on bidets but this one being integrated into the seat design made a lot more sense to me. I like that it comes with 3 different nozzles and the arm allows for adjustment of the spray angle while seated. The adapter is chrome plated metal not plastic. The soft close is nice too. I have this installed on a Toto elongated toilet. The fit isn't perfect but it is close enough and looks good in the closed position. The design is clean with nice styling.

The seat is so tiny. It’s sized for a little kid, really uncomfortable and now I’m unsure what to do with this.
