I love everything about this item, brand name, quality and ease of installation. We do not have an outlet we can use that is hidden from sight so the only thing I could do is search for the best battery operated version. âââââ

This faucet might ok to below average for residential applications but for commercial use, absolutely not. Batteries must be replaced on a regular basis and the design is over complicated. Tiny parts that wear out, any amount of particulate debris can clog the tiny orifices. I know what I’m talking about. I have to maintain 64 of these faucets. Looking for replacements, simple.

After having a sink overflow, I purchased two of these faucets because I wanted something that could not be left on by a parent with dementia in our home. I was impressed by the weight of the faucets; they are solidly built. The installation went okay and they work just as they should; we purchased the 4 inch plates that covered the two side holes in the counter top. The water only stays on while it senses hand motion in front of the sensors, I like that you can adjust the water temperature if you are patient enough to wait for the hot water to go through the pipes. The only thing I don't really like about it is the dozen or so small individual streams of water instead of an aerator; this just caused more splashing around the sink. I would recommend this faucet, they are expensive, but worth the cost to prevent damages from a sink over flow.

When I am unpacked the box water drains out of the flex hose. I will not install it.

Very good product. Easy to install and worked to expectation. As a plumber I would recommend considering this product.

not included thermostatic mixer valve. you have to pay extra $100 for it. disappointed
