Easy to put together. Straightforward design. I like this. It works with battery or wall power. I did the wall power as I didn't want to have to change batteries. You change the temperature under the sink. I have done a few of these by now, so it was really self explanatory for me to set this up. After doing 6 bathrooms worth of faucets (8 actual faucets) it has become really easy to do for me now. Even installing the first type I did wasn't really hard. The hardest part with setting them up is removing the old hardware. After that, it's really just screwing things in. I like to set them up a little before I'm under the sink just to have a good idea of the fit. The sensor works great and now I don't have to worry about the kids' dirty muddy hands touching the faucets and leaving the water on accidentally.

Install was pretty standard, and the instructions were clear. You need power, or batteries under the sink. Once installed, it's working great!

This faucet is a lower cost motion faucet and fairly good value for the price. The kit comes with all that you need to install the faucet. The issues I had this this product is that the documentation is not great. The manufacturer left out some important parts of the install such as where to put the gasket.. I placed the gasket under the sink with the nut. The previous faucet was a 3 hole, so I had to use the deck plate to cover the two extra holes. So when I tightened faucet main nut to hold everything in place. From the topside, I can move the faucet still side to side. It's still pretty loose. The faucet works well...the thing missing is the amount of time before it shuts off... there's no adjust ability with that time...it's fixed. Also the sensitivity of the hand positions is also fixed. Get your hands close to the faucet to turn on the water, but then you get a bit of water onto the counter and the faucet itself. I saw another reviewer complained about needing AC, but the unit control value does have a battery pack that you install batteries if you want to use it without an AC plug. I don't know how well the cold/hot water proportional valve works...it's only a short turn without any documentation. For the price it works... it's not great, but functional with some lacking documentation, but the kit is overall made well without too many faults besides what is discussed.

I really like using this tap, as the motion detection feature is very helpful, especially when hubby is shaving, or when I have paint on my hands. It looks good, and it was fairly easy to install. The price is very reasonable for a motion detector tap, and I am happy to recommend this faucet.

I was very happy with this. I wasn't happy with the power plug, but it worked out for me in the end. The finish of it is nice and really isn't a bad price for a faucet. It was pretty easy to install, I just used some plumbers tape. If you're looking for a decent fixture at a decent price I would recommend it. However, if you don't have a plug in, think twice. We couldn't use it where we originally intended due to this.

Not sure what happened, but the product was never received. This product was exchanged with a toilet paper holder stand. The stand was a very nice product, but not useful in my specific case. Must have been a shipping mishap or warehouse error. I gave this review one star because I never received it. The product actually looks like it would have been a quality product, but I have no way to evaluate it.
