I couldn't be happier with my decision. Installation was a breeze, taking only a few minutes with the included hardware. Took Five Minutes to remove my broken lever and replace it with this one. There are no instructions but it's pretty easy to figure out. My toilet didn't need to the black rubber piece. I removed it and the white square piece fit perfectly in the small opening. I used the old chain and it fit fine on the last hole with no issues, but I do appreciate that it comes with a new one if the old one gets worn out.Highly recommended for looks, quality and ease of installation.

This replacement handle works fine as a replacement for the original Toto handle. It came in a bag with a Kohler sticker on it, so I assume it was manufactured to work with multiple brands. If giving 3.5 stars was an option, that's what I'd give. I'd dock a star because the internal screw was loose so the handle was wobbly - but tightening it with a Philips head screw-driver was easy... but I shouldn't have had to do that.Another half star was because the square rubber gasket was too large for the hole in the side of the toilet. Without the gasket, there was too much play in the handle. I did eventually get the gasket most of the way in with a lot of elbow grease. But when I hand tightened the plastic nut, I couldn't get it tight enough because the bottom half of the gasket was still sticking out some. A wrench helped, but I was very worried about cracking the nut or over-tightening against the bowl.All's well that ends well though and once finally attached, the handle works well and looks good. I suspect the OEM part would have been a much easier install, but I'm happy enough to have saved the ten bucks.
