I bought one of these adapters at a big box store. Half my RV lacked power because the two hot leads on the 30 to 50 amp were not connected. Mystery solved when this one arrived - one returned it.This one works great.Looks well made, no issues so far.

Worked as expected when we camped at a campground that only had 30 amp service connection and we were able to connect to our 50 amp RV land line. It was cooler fall weather and we didn’t need the full 50 amp service to run the A/C, so no problems with either electrical system.

The adapter is plugged into our cargo trailer continuously and is working as hoped for/expected.I would definitely recommend to friends/relatives and would purchase again.Note...the only thing that would have made me feel better about the product would have been if it was in the $14-$16 price range...it jut felt "a little" over priced.

I did a search on Amazon for a 50amp to 30amp adapter and didn’t notice that the search gave me 30 amp to 50 amp adapters and inadvertently ordered the wrong one. After paying the shipping to return it, I ordered the correct adapter and am very happy with it but only used it for two days so far.

Works as required.My gen set is too small (3300) to produce enough power to run my water pumps and flooded battery bank. Recommend a minimum 5000 watt generator.

I have updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars because of the provider's good customer service. Although they have replaced the defective one, I still think the metal used for making contact is not thick enough which it doesn't make a strong contact. One thing I have noticed is the terminals used are folded rather than a single thicker terminal. Thanks for the replacement.
