These are fantastic. Easy to use and worth every penny. Very little adjustment needed when you use these. Installed side mount soft close slides in 30 year old cabinets.

To address some of the complaints I've seen here:1. The jigs are plastic, but they do not bend under the weight of the drawer if the Kreg clamps are used.2. The jigs are exactly square.3. The spacer tabs do not fall out under normal use.It makes drawer mounting much easier. Although levels may be used to confirm the cabinet slide position, they are really not needed since both slide and drawer are mounted perpendicular to the cabinet face. For mounting the drawer component I first established the height of the screw hole by marking a single hole as near as possible to the middle slide, I then scribe a pencil line along the drawer parallel to the bottom edge of the drawer and used that line for subsequent screws. If you simply screw the drawer component to the drawer with the drawer sitting on the jig, it could be off a little since the fully extended slide droops a little, so don't do that. Use the scribed line instead.

Considering the price of alot of Kregs stuff, the drawer slide jigs are a nice helping hand for the money. They worked well for me, but be aware there are some draw backs. One is that if your installing slides in existing cabinets, there might be spots where you can't use them. My cabinet boxes are custom hand built in place plywood from the 60's. Therefore I ran into spots where there was additional structure that was "in the way" of using the jigs. I either couldn't use them there, or in a couple of spots, I cut away the additional structure to make room for the jigs. When the jigs can be used, they worked great, both installing the cabinet portion of the slides, and also installing the drawers onto the slides. I am very happy with them, good value for this reasonable price.

I was a bit skeptical of these when I went to purchase them. The reason I did is because I already have some Kreg items and I like them. After using these to install some euro drawer mounts for some shop furniture, I have to say that they're a huge help and time saver. I haven't used them to do face frame cabinets or ball bearing hinges yet, but what I have done has worked great. I was actually pleasantly surprised to find that they have a dip in the top specifically for euro style slides. Great attention to detail there.I could have made my own out of wood or something. But Kreg has a good reputation and these are pretty affordable. They'll pay for themselves time and time again. I should also mention that I'm fairly new to woodworking and these were very easy to use. I glanced at the instructions, but that was after already having used them a few times.

I made this closet organizer for my granddaughter, my first experience with FYI drawers. Because she wanted drawers where you reach in to open, it had no cross members so the guide has to be clamped to the side of the cabinet. Using the jig to mount the cabinet slide seemed to be OK, however, because I could only place a clamp on one spot it was easy for the jig to move if you’re not careful and thus not level. Placing the drawer (using partical board so they were heavy) on the jig is a great concept but later it discovered the slides were not consistently square or spaced from the bottom side lip of the drawer. I decided to build some wood spacers and repositioned all the cabinet slide parts so they would all be level/square and equal distance to each other. Further inspection of the drawer side slides showed they were either square and equal distanced from the bottom ledge of the drawer side. I made a simple wood gauge to locate the slide exactly 1/2 inch from the bottom. Considering all the issues I had, I believe the ultimate issue is not being able to secure the Kreg jig securely enough to prevent shifting. (Not sure how that can be resolved. Perhaps I was careless, but building my own guides was pretty fool proof.
