If your old one is cracked or broken, making your hips and arms hurt when you move it, get a new one. These are great, inexpensive and very effective. Keeps your chair rolling without having to be a contortionist! Love this product! It is great for low pile carpeting! It saves my carpet from damage and allows me to move fluidly in my office.

Extremely hard to unroll after taking out of the box. I had to put it in my shower on high heat just to get it unroll. Still doesn't lay flat on my floor. Protects just fine. Hard material. I paid cheep and it shows. No smell.

We purchased 2 of these in the middle of winter, very tough to try and straighten out, we had little heaters on them to warm them up, put heavy water bottles on them overnight, came in the next morning and Poof! We are able to use them. They are sturdy and very nice! I would recommend buying in the summer so you can set them outside for 30 minutes.

I have only used the mat for 2 months on average of 2-3 hours a day and it has already cracked.

ive had it for 3 months but ive really only had it on the floor for a fraction of that time and its already cracked and edges keep turning back up despite weights on every corner for weeks.not sure how its over rigid on one end and brittle on the other and both to a fault.

Arrives rolled up, so it take times to flatten out, recommend rolling out and weighing it down for 24hrs. Good quality mat
