Hello: Installed a couple weeks ago. Standard install. Plenty of templates-instructions for various mounting orientations and locations. All your standard adjustable settings. Seems well built. Only negative I noticed is a couple pop sounds when opening, but doesn't do when closing.God bless you in Jesus name.

By definition installation is kind of custom and depends on your situation, door, location, etc. Installation wasn't that difficult but you'll want to study all the stuff they include. There is hardware inside to install this 20 different ways and a bunch of permutations. They product quality is quite literally stunning. This has held up for a few months with no adjustment on a door that is opened several hundred times a day - into and out of a service department. People bump into this door with equipment, come running through the door, slam the door, kick the door, and generally abuse it. This has held up admirably. I believe it's rated for 1 million cycles and I firmly believe that this will still be functioning long after the building has fallen down around it.

I don't normally do reviews until there has been enough time to be able to tell if it works right.With that said, We got this door closer for the church months ago.It has more adjustments on it then most, and works great.Anyone can do it, just follow the simple directions and use the template provided.It will be more than 10 years before we have to replace this one, with 2 million+ openings to go...lolYou will thank yourself for this buy...5 star quality.

This door closer, while a bit pricey, is a quality product. I've installed less expensive closers, but you truly get what you pay for with this type of product. The templates included didn't match perfectly with my door, but I've done this quite a few times and figured it out. Overall its a good choice.

Well made device with multiple mounting options. Includes full size template for drilling pilot holes for anchor screws. Has separate controls for initial closing speed, final closing action as well as closing rate.Used on 250 pound oak door.

The plastic cover arrived with a little crack but didnt want to go through the trouble of returning it. The unit is heavy and solid, should be a good one. However, after a week of using it, the closing became really rough. A click sound could be heard as the door closing in. Did all kind of adjustments but still no help.
