We followed random youtube video on how to replace, needed only a small phillips screwdriver and a flat screwdriver (to pry plastic parts off), and it worked like a charm!Less eco-waste than buying a new chromebook...

Super easy replacement. It's like a new laptop again. 4 screws to remove outer cover, 4 screws to remove screen and disconnect wire harness. Same in reverse to install new one and done. Works perfect. Best of all great price! So if my son steps on it again it isn't that expensive to replace.
