My previous steel one was damaged, I never liked it anyway. It was very hard to open and close and got stuck Often.This one is very easy to open and close with one hand. Doesn’t take a lot of Room when it’s folded up. Seems very sturdy. I have a Bison trail hand horse trailer. It wasn’t quite long enough to fit On my metal studs, but I just had them put a piece of metal across when they installed it. I could’ve installed the same one that got damaged for last money, but was definitely worth the extra..

I have a small trailer and my old step got bent when we bottomed out recently at a campground. Bought this step and am so pleased with it. It's wider and very stable and looks really nice on our trailer. It is also very easy to pull out and push back in. Compared to the other step we had that was from the manufacturer, this one is a huge improvement in every way. Highly recommend!

Very happy with this step. We used this to replace the solid steps that came with our camper. I always hated how they dumped dirt into the camper when we stowed them, and how big of a pain they were when we needed to get in the camper quick while traveling. This new step is WAY better! It easily pulls out with one hand, and the heafty springs solidly hold it closed. Because it folds up underneath it doesn't dump dirt into the camper when stowed. And because it doesn't touch the ground there is no need to adjust it everytime you move to a new spot. I am VERY happy with this step.

I really like how this made stepping up into my home made camper so much easier. Before I needed a box to step up on but storing the box took up room. This tucks up underneath and stays until needed.
