Excellent simple design. Just popped the yellow plastic from the bottom using a screw driver. Clipped the wires back in, re-assembled and done.

No directions but fairly intuitive design. I tinned the wires before assembling. Screw heads face outward on each end (threads facing each other.) Wires go up through the eyelet hole just below the screws. So up through eyelet and around the screw and tighten. Reassemble the plug by facing the threaded ends together and pushing both terminals back into the plug body, ensuring the terminals go in far enough to reach the line marked on the side of each terminal. Spread the terminals while keeping them at the line. You now have room for the yellow lock.That’s how I did it. Took 8 minutes. An hour if you can’t find your tools easily!

I wish I could give 4 1/2 stars. The plug is easy and straight forward to use. My only concern is potential overvolt causing an electrical arc. Lucky for me I am not drawing to much power and the plug is a 110v 15amp GFI plug to a step down 36v 2amp power brick.

Completely useless plug. Do not use. My electrician could not install it and it broke apart .

Once it's all back together, it's fine. BUT it's the most difficult plug ever installed in a lifetime of electrical repairs. Takes a good rap from the cord end to dislodge the keeper from the body. Somewhat difficult to reassemble unless the stripping is EXACT. Even 1mm makes a difference.

It is a good quality plug. It's hard to find 2 prong plugs that are polarized.

So easy to install and works fine. Even looks stock and not like a replacement plug. Use a pair of needle-nose pliers to remove the yellow centre plug easier
