I love the modern, stylish way it looks , but that's just the start, It is also the must functional, best engineered toilet you can buy. No Tank to fill , so you never have to wait for a flush, The water flushes in a circular motion, so it leaves the bowl clean, without using a toilet brush. Warmed toilet seat, Lighten up toilet is great at night. Flush with a sensor, you can walk away without flushing. Amazing. And last but not least , It is actually very inexpensive. For the price of this toilet , you get an old everyday toilet. This is a no Brainer. Very easy installation!!!!!

Amazing.. that this company get back to you very fast and help you with any connection issues you may haveAmazing.. I feel like a young person when I install this toilet..Amazing.. there is heated seats. Water temperature.. auto open auto closing.. auto flush.. night light..Amazing...this toilet is so comfortable..Amazing.. the price is a great one.. there are 2 kinds..I got the more expensive one.. worth the priceAmazing.. the look of this toilet is very sleek..Amazing in fit where my old toilet was with no problem.. and feel like the same weight...So my experience with this company I can only used one word amazing..

The biggest problem with this toilet is for the price. It scratches way too freaking easy. We are returning the first one that was installed that we had to pay to be uninstalled and put a new one in because we thought the contractor had scratch it which he did but barely had done anything to get there and now we have the second one in. I took off the plastic after the contractor was done And it’s already got a few scratches yet again very plastic on top which is upsetting because the rest of the is amazing !!! especially the price just be ready to cover it somehow or be OK with having scratches not sure how this is gonna look long-term and I don’t even know how I’m gonna return the first one. It’s a big ass box and I can’t seal it again for UPS so hopefully they will take it

I have had smart toilet seats from different vendors but this is the first complete smart toilet with exceptional features. Some Features are Auto Lid opening, Auto Flush, Various Spraying Settings & Ambient Lighting, Warm water option, Ergonomic Heated seat with various heat level settings, although I haven’t used many of its smart features yet but eventually will. Initially, I was having trouble with the toilet not cleaning efficiently. Worked with customer support by the name of 'Sadia' who helped and responded to every email I sent her. She went over and beyond in helping and surpassed, outperformed and exceeded my expectations. Her responses were very detailed and thorough in resetting some of the great features this toilet has to offer. The company also sent me a new upper upgraded seat at no charge which arrived in few days of shipping the product and they also provided the tracking information via email. I hired a professional plumber to replace the upper seat although I think it was very easy to replace myself. Everything seems to work perfectly. I will provide more reviews as I use and get to know this smart toilet. I will highly recommend this product with exceptional product support after purchase. This company stands by their product and offers an excellent customer & technical support to its buyers. In summary I would say for the price and features that this toilet offers I am very satisfied with it. I am hoping it will continue to operate without any problems in the future. For now, I will give 5 stars to this product and the customer support team.

Not a good one- there is a filter at the back that you have to constantly clean otherwise the flush do not work if It’s not clean and it’s trouble some. If you are looking for a Smart Toilet find another brand -Make sure you are buying the one without the filter and maybe pay a little more but do not get this brand. I will Not recommend this brand It’s not worth the trouble. And I bought 2 that I will have to replace because after a while ofUsing it - I realized that it’s too much work!
